About Us

Founded in 1974 by Rich Stoppler, Executrade Consultants Ltd. began with a simple vision: to innovate recruitment by fostering long-term, authentic relationships with both clients and candidates. That principle still guides us today.

Over the years, our brand evolved into Executrade – Your Recruitment Specialists. Building on this growth, Scott Stoppler went on to establish Richardson Executive Search, co-founded Stoppler Hughes – Strategic Managed HR with O’Ryan Hughes, and launched Outsource Payroll Solution—together forming what is now the ECL Group of Companies.

Together, Rich and Scott built more than a business—they built the ECL Group of Companies, a team of people passionate about matching the right talent with the right organizations. Our bilingual services in English and French allow us to serve a diverse and growing client base across Canada.
